1. Parties to the contract
This contract is entered into between Iraka Refugio Deluxe (hereinafter 'the Establishment'), domiciled in Villeta, Cundinamarca, Colombia, and the guest holding the reservation (hereinafter 'the Guest'), acting on their own behalf and on behalf of all other occupants of the cabin.
2. Subject matter
The Establishment agrees to provide the Guest with the temporary and exclusive use of the reserved cabin (Iraka Jade or Iraka Amber), with all its facilities and amenities, during the period agreed upon in the reservation.
3. Maximum capacity
Each cabin has a maximum capacity of 4 persons: 2 adults and up to 2 children. No additional persons beyond those registered in the reservation are permitted. Non-compliance entitles the Establishment to terminate the contract immediately without refund.
4. Check-in and check-out
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM on the day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Guest obligations
The Guest agrees to: take care of the facilities and report any damage immediately, not hold events exceeding the permitted capacity, not smoke inside covered facilities, not bring pets, respect the rest of other guests, and return the cabin in the same condition as received.
6. Prohibition of psychoactive and hallucinogenic substances
The consumption, possession, distribution or storage of psychoactive, hallucinogenic or narcotic substances of any kind is strictly prohibited within the facilities of Iraka Refugio Deluxe. Non-compliance entitles the Establishment to terminate the contract immediately without refund and to report the facts to the competent authorities in accordance with applicable Colombian law.
7. Prohibition of weapons
The entry and carrying of firearms, bladed weapons, explosives or any element that may pose a risk to the physical integrity of guests, staff or facilities is prohibited. This prohibition applies even to persons with a legal carry permit, except active members of the security forces in the exercise of their duties. Non-compliance will result in immediate termination of the contract without refund and notification to the authorities.
8. Respect for the natural environment and rest
Iraka Refugio Deluxe is located in a privileged natural environment that must be preserved. The Guest agrees to: not litter outside designated receptacles, not damage the local flora or fauna, not light fires outside designated areas, and to respect silence and rest between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Music volume and noisy activities must be kept at reasonable levels at all times, especially at night, out of consideration for other guests and the tranquility of the surroundings.
9. Liability for damages
The Guest is responsible for any damage caused to the facilities, furniture, equipment and other property of the Establishment during their stay. Damages will be assessed and charged to the Guest prior to departure.
10. Use of facilities
The pool and jacuzzi are for the exclusive use of registered guests. The Establishment is not responsible for accidents resulting from improper use of the facilities. Minors must be under the permanent supervision of a responsible adult.
11. Additional services
Additional services (gourmet breakfast, massages, private chef, decoration, transfer, tours) must be requested in advance and have an additional cost that will be communicated at the time of request.
12. Privacy and security
The Establishment has 24/7 security. Common areas may have security cameras. The interior of the cabins is completely private. The Establishment reserves the right to access the cabin in emergency situations, with prior notice to the Guest.
13. Applicable law
This contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, in particular the Commercial Code, Law 300 of 1996 (General Tourism Law) and its regulatory decrees. Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts of Villeta, Cundinamarca.
