1. General policy — No refunds
All reservations at Iraka Refugio Deluxe are strictly non-refundable. Once a reservation is confirmed and paid, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including voluntary cancellations, change of plans, personal emergencies or weather conditions.
2. Cancellation by the guest
If the guest decides to cancel their reservation for any reason, the amount paid will not be refunded. Cancellations must be notified in writing via WhatsApp at +57 313 494 8083. The notification does not generate a right to a refund but is recorded in the system.
3. Rescheduling
As an alternative to cancellation, the guest may request to reschedule their reservation to a different date, subject to availability. The request must be made at least 7 days before the original check-in date. One free reschedule per reservation is allowed; subsequent rescheduling incurs an administrative fee of 15% of the total reservation value.
4. No show
If the guest does not arrive on the check-in date without prior notice, the reservation will be considered cancelled and there will be no refund or rescheduling. The cabin may be assigned to another guest.
5. Early departure
If the guest decides to leave before the agreed check-out date, there will be no refund for unused nights. The full reservation amount was charged at the time of confirmation and is not subject to adjustment for early departure.
6. Cancellation by the establishment
In the unlikely event that Iraka Refugio Deluxe must cancel a confirmed reservation due to duly proven force majeure (natural disasters, health emergencies declared by a competent authority, or serious damage to the facilities), the guest will be offered the option to reschedule their stay at no additional cost. This is the only exception to the no-refund policy.
7. Acceptance of the policy
By making and confirming a reservation at Iraka Refugio Deluxe, the guest declares to have read, understood and accepted this cancellation policy in its entirety. It is recommended to take out travel insurance covering unforeseen cancellations.
